Apples
are one of the delicious fruits I have ever known. The juicy and fibrous apples
not only taste good, they are highly nutritious. In fact, we are all aware of
this fact, but here I am writing something more about apples that you might not
know before.
First
of all, take a look at the nutritive values of a standard size apple:

Dietary Fiber: 4grams

Carbohydrates: 21 grams

Calcium: 10 mg
·
Iron: 25 mg

Vitamin C: 8 mg

Vitamin A: 73 IU
Now,
you know that if you eat a standard size apple, you will get all the above
nutrients. And, the best thing is that I have not known a single person who
dislikes eating an apple. It is really delicious and good for stomach, skin and
the whole body.
So,
make a habit of eating at least a single apple a day. I am sure, you will feel
great changes in your metabolism and the energy flowing within you.
