The Best Way to Prevent Hair Fall


Hair fall is a natural phenomenon. Hair generally falls while taking a bath or combing, but if you see more hair falling then it’s an alarming bell. Stop this hair falling cycle before it gets too late. 

The main reason of hair fall is the iron deficiency in the red blood cells, which is crucial in keeping hair follicles healthy. Take iron supplements and add vitamin C that helps in the absorption of iron.

If you are not taking healthy food, especially foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids then add rich food items in your diet. Foods such as fish and salmon are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Eat more green veggies and salads as well.

If you use hair dryers then make sure it is on cool and low settings. In addition, dyeing your hair is one of the causes of hair fall. Do not dye you hair frequently. And if you use hair gel regularly then do not comb your hair once the hair gel dries up.

Heredity is considered as one of the most potent causes of hair fall. But this does not mean you cannot stop this – you can help counter genes by consuming more Omega-3 fatty acid rich foods.
