Organs such as urethra, uterus, and vagina are called pelvic organs, which are attached by pelvic muscles. You have to concentrate on these muscles.

In order to recognize these muscles, you will have to pass urine and stop in between – when you stop; you can feel those muscles contracting. Practice this for a day to recognize pelvic muscles.
