When
I see someone with dark circles under his or her eyes, I get a feeling that he
or she might be tired or suffering from some illnesses. Is my presumption true
or there are other reasons for the same? Well, under eye dark circles may be
caused due to a number of reasons including allergies, lack of sleep, genetics
and others. In the following post, I have tried my best to focus on the real
causes of the problem and how to get rid of the same.
If a
person is having allergic problems and often touches his or her eyes then that
may cause dark circles. It is advised to see the doctor to get the right
allergic treatment. The next important contributing key factor is the diet –
poor diet may cause dark circles under the eye. It is therefore necessary to consume
healthy foods that contain high percentage of protein and fibers such as fish,
poultry, eggs, and nuts.
The
third and the most important contributing factor for dark circles is sun
exposure – spending too much time under the sun could be one of the most valid reasons
behind the problem. So, avoid sun exposure as much as you can and if going out,
use moisturizer cream to protect your skin. There are some home remedies as
well for reducing dark circles such as the use of cucumbers and teabags under
the eye. So, keep using these effective home remedies and other tips discussed
above and say bye to dark circles under the eyes forever.
