How to Keep Your Skin Glowing?

We use many lotions, and creams from different brands, but do we really achieve that glowing skin we had always desired for? The answer is absolutely not. Well, it is not something, which is unachievable, however, what one needs is a proper guidance. Here in this blog post, I am trying to make your effort a bit possible and achievable, so read the blog carefully.

Understand Your Skin Type:

The most fundamental thing about skin is its structure, which is made of three layers namely, the epidermis, which is the outermost and most exposed layer, the middle layer containing new cells and finally the innermost subcutaneous layer that contains blood vessels, fat cells and hair follicles. Now the question is what needs to be done to achieve a glowing and healthy skin? There must be some action plan to achieve the same.

Your Action Plan:

·        ·         Skin cleanser and toner should be used for individuals using makeup every day.

·         Use moisturizer cream containing high SPF (Sun Protection Factor) percentage to protect your soft skin from UV rays.

·         Market is flooded with moisturizer creams, but check ingredients before you buy the same. If a brand contains high SPF then only it is beneficial for your skin.

·         Everyone knows the ill effects of cigarettes especially for lungs, but it also affects your skin and causes aging.

·         It is interesting to note that physical exercise can help you look 10 years younger than your present age.

·         Eating just for the sake of gratifying your tummy is not a good thought; you should eat things, which are useful for your health and skin.

Many men and women do stick to the above action plan for a week and expect some miracle to happen quickly, and if they don’t find much difference, they finally give up. This is absolutely not done, you cannot expect something so quickly – stick to your action plan for at least two months and you will definitely feel the difference – this is my promise.
