For
the last few months, I was really busy with my work and could not take much
care of my health, the result -- my waist size became 31 from 30 inches. My trousers size has become 31, and this is why, I don’t
feel comfortable wearing them anymore. Well, it is definitely not a practical approach
to buy new trousers and dump all the oldies, but it is absolutely a pragmatic
approach to reduce one inch of my waistline. I am taking the help of the

it as simple as it seems? Absolutely not, there are several factors associated

very important to start body metabolism, so never skip the same, as it can
drastically affect the whole body.
Walking: We all just plan and never stick to them – it is
said that if you follow a routine strictly for about 15 days continuously, it
becomes a habit. Walking is also one of the best physical activities that requires
a bit of passion and dedication from your side. I guarantee that if you start
taking a walk for about 15 days, you will love it like anything.
Food:
This is again one of the most crucial factors that need to be considered wisely.
There are many food items that need to be discarded from your diet – say no to
junk foods. In addition, do not eat foods containing high fat content such as
chesses, butter, and milk products to name but only a few. It is somewhat difficult
to stay away from these food items, but to gain something, comprising on
something is not bad at all.
